In such situations, we start thinking of retreat or we start getting unwanted ideas that are linked to some kind of loss. The fear of losing something always moves the man back. This is the reason why I had practiced and did one thing and that was how to control myself in the day-to-day tasks. For this, when I took a challenge, I divided it into a few steps: –
- First of all, the way of work we are doing will affect us, whether it is right for us or not.
- After this, the kind of thoughts we are allocating during this work or something like this can happen.
- When there is nothing to do with the reality and unwanted ideas, then how can you fear?
- Finally make a decision in your vision which done in peaceful mind.
If there is any easy way to control the mind, then that is the question of the existence of unwanted ideas. When the unwanted ideas do not stick with reality, why is it scared, why is it troubled by them?
Human body can be made like a robot just by control emotion
Regardless of why we control the mind, if we start fulfilling the task with just one command then it seems as if our body is acting like a robot. In 2015, when I was in the practice of controlling body and mind, after a month, I have lost my feeling, emotion and fear and anything work which I made is all like a robot thing, I am doing the same because I have not had the same feelings as before.
I was happy because now I can do anything without any fear of losing. Another benefit of this process is I am able to do what I think, mean imagination is now become reality. I have no joy for work because I have remained only strengthens to do.

Further changes were made in practice, in which to complete any task, only the three conditions above were to be checked. After that, the work was going on. To tell the truth, I was happy to achieve this condition, because while controlling the mind and body, many times we forget those feelings which can take us to the top.
If the emotion can be brought in the right way in daily life then we can do everything we can to be a human being and not a robot. If there is any easy way to control the mind, then that is the use of the right emotions. You just have to use the right emotions for yourself, but everything else will complete by the law of attraction.
